  • What are the dates & locations of the conference?
    The conference is scheduled during March 27th-28th, 2025 at Boston, USA.
  • What is the dress code?
    The dress code is business/casual. Speakers often choose smart business attire, but we leave it to the individual to decide.
  • What if I need to cancel?

    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to conference secretariat. A cancellation fee (up to 4 months the cancellation charge would be 50%, and up to 45 days of the cancellation there will be no refund) will be applied for all cancellation request received on or before Date: May 04, 2021. There will be no refund on cancellation received after this date. All refunds will be made after the conference. All bank charges, including intermediate bank commission for cancellation refunds, must be covered by the participants/applicants.

    Note: In case of any uncontrollable situations and natural disasters. We are not able to provide any kind of refunds from our end and we will try to conduct in future.

    Note:Due to Covid 19 pandemic, Amount paid towards the conference will be refunded to Scon wallet as scon rewards and is valid for all Scon services for life time. We sincerely request you to co-operate during this pandemic situation.

  • How can I pay my registration fee?
    There are a number of different registration packages available, depending on which conferences/meeting you would like to attend. For details about these packages, please visit the individual website of our conference. You can register through online and offline process.
  • How much does it cost for admission?

  • Should I need to register in advance or can I register on spot?
    We strongly encourage that you register in advance rather than on the spot registration.
  • When do I receive my Conference ID?
    Conference ID will be provided to all the attendees on-site.
  • How do I register a group?
    To take advantage of our group discount of 25%, your group should consist of 5. Please contact to conference secretariat.
  • How will I obtain a confirmation after registration Process?
    Registered participants will receive a registration confirmation. With this confirmation, participants are invited to attend all scientific sessions, exhibitions. Each registered participant will be given a conference kit containing the Conference book, scientific program & other information regarding the conference.
