Once registered for the congress/conference, an organization can use the logos and association materials of the speakers/exhibitors/sponsors/media partners in the promotional materials on their websites. An organization has the right to cancel the registration of participation in the Congress at any point due to misbehavior or other similar circumstances. In such cases, there will be no refund of registration fees already paid for the Congress.
