Refund Policy

Thank you for registering for the upcoming SCON conference. We are committed to providing you with a valuable and enriching experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we have established the following refund policy. Please review this carefully before finalizing your registration.

1. Refund Request: Refund requests for the original payment method must be made within 30 days of the payment date. If a refund request is not submitted within this 30-day window, we will issue the amount paid as conference credits, which can be used for any future SCON conferences with no expiration.

2. Non-Refundable Payment Policy

Once your registration is completed, it will be considered final and non-refundable. This is because, upon registration, we immediately begin processing hotel bookings, finalizing your conference slot, and making other logistical arrangements that are specifically tailored for each attendee. These arrangements are made well in advance to provide the best possible experience for our participants, and as such, we are unable to reverse these commitments.

3. Conference Credits in Place of Refunds

While we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, instead of offering refunds to the original payment method, we offer a flexible conference credit system. Any amount paid towards your registration will be credited to your account in the form of SCON Conference Credits.

Key Details about Conference Credits:

  • Validity: Your SCON Conference Credits are valid for a lifetime, allowing you the freedom to attend any future SCON conferences at your convenience.
  • Transferable: The credits are transferable between different SCON conferences, so you can apply them toward any event hosted under the SCON umbrella.
  • No Expiry: There is no expiration date on these credits. Whether you choose to attend a conference next year or a decade from now, your credits will remain active and usable.
  • Flexibility: These credits can be applied towards registration fees for any future SCON conferences or associated costs, ensuring flexibility and value retention for your payment.

4. Hotel Bookings and Conference Arrangements

When you complete your registration, we immediately initiate the process of securing your hotel accommodation and confirming your participation in the event. These logistics are handled in advance to guarantee the best possible rates and availability, ensuring that your experience is seamless. However, due to the nature of these arrangements and the associated costs, we are unable to offer refunds to the original payment method once your registration has been finalized.

5. How to Use Conference Credits

Using your SCON Conference Credits is simple:

  • Contact our registration team at finance@sconconferences.com when registering for any future SCON conference.
  • Provide your registered email id to use the credits in future.
  • We will apply the relevant credits to your new registration, deducting them from the total fee for the new conference.
